197. Deputy Derek Nolan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will amend the incremental payment procedure in order that a second level teacher who retires before July 2018, and who has had increments postponed by financial emergency measures in the public interest legislation, will be permitted to have them calculated in the pension lump sum and the annual pension payments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
