Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will implement the recommendations of the Committee of Public Accounts in relation to the decision in a court case involving his Department and a person (details supplied) in County Cavan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
