Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health the number of elective surgical procedures which have been cancelled or postponed, by hospital, across the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland hospital group, by month in 2014 and in 2015 in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
