240. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason for the delay in issuing farm payments for 2011 to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; when he will issue payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5343/16]

An application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme with a Transfer of Entitlement form under the herd number provided was submitted to my Department on 16 May 2011. Payment issued to the nominated bank account of the appropriate party in April 2012.
