Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an application by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for the installation of a silage pit under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme; the reason for the delay; when he will make a decision; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named has applied for investments under the Animal Welfare Safety and Nutrient Storage Scheme of TAMS II. The administrative check has been carried out in this case and the applicant has been asked to supply additional documentation to support the application. When this documentation is received the application will be processed.
