The person named submitted a Private Contract Clause application to my Department seeking the transfer of an allocation right as Transferee. An Official from my Department has been in direct contact with the person named to clarify issues regarding this application. These issues have been clarified and the application can now be processed to facilitate payment under the Basic Payment Scheme shortly.

The person named also submitted applications under the National Reserve and the Young Farmers Scheme to my Department. Once payment under the Basic Payment Scheme is made these applications can be finalised with a view to payment shortly thereafter.
