274. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Laois under the basic payment scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5595/16]

The person named submitted a Private Contract Clause application as transferor on the 25th May, 2015 to transfer 69.23 Basic Payment scheme entitlements. He also submitted an application to have his Basic Payment Scheme entitlement value reviewed under force majeure circumstances. Both applications have been deemed successful. This resulted in 71.31 Basic Payment Scheme entitlements being established for the person named with a total value (including greening) of €7,704.58.

The Private Contract Clause application has resulted in the transfer of 69.23 entitlements with a total value ( including greening ) of €7,586 to another person while 1.08 entitlements with a total value (including greening) of €118.58 has remained in the account of the person named. Payment will issue to the person named in the coming days.
