289. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an application by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry under the agri-environment options scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5763/16]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

The person named was a participant in REPS 4. He completed his participation in that scheme at the end of 2013 and all payments due have been made. There is no record of the person named being a participant in the Agri-Environment Options Scheme (AEOS).
