The person named has not submitted applications for the Single/Basic Payment Scheme 2013, 2014 and 2015. However, the Department is aware of the force majeure circumstances in this instance. An Official from my Department is in contact with both the person named and the Deputy’s Office in an effort to resolve the outstanding issues.
