An application for domiciliary care allowance (DCA) was received from the person concerned on the 26th August 2015. The original decision in the case was to disallow, as the person concerned did not meet the qualifying criteria. However, following a review of the original decision, the person concerned was notified on the 1st April 2016 that DCA has been awarded in her case.
