Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he is satisfied with the conduct of the National Sports Campus Development Authority, given the Information Commissioner's decision of 2 November 2015 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI refer the Deputy to my replies to his previous questions on this matter and in particular my reply to Questions no. 640,641,642 and 652 on 15 December 2015. As I have already informed the Deputy, the processing of this FOI request and the decision of the Information Commissioner are matters for Sport Ireland and I have no role in the process. I have also already informed the Deputy that I am satisfied with the conduct of Sport Ireland and, before its establishment, the National Sports Campus Development Authority.
