Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Health his proposals to provide additional orthopaedic services for patients in counties Cavan and Monaghan; if he is aware of the widespread concerns in relation to delays in patients accessing orthopaedic assessments and procedures; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
