View answerNo Statutory Instruments have been signed by me from 1 January 2016 to date and there are no State Boards operating under the aegis of my Department. Table 1 outlines contracts which have been entered into by my Department in 2016 to date. A number of the contracts were tendered for competitively in 2015 with final agreement and signature of contracts occurring in 2016. Table 2 outlines all tenders issued in 2016 to date, and details those which have been awarded and those in the process of being awarded.
