160. Deputy John Brassil asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a payment to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry under the rural environment protection scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7306/16]
View answerThe person named commenced his REPS4 contract on 1 February 2009. He was a participant in the Scheme for a full 5 years and 11 months and his contract ended on 31 December 2014. All payments due to him have now been made and he is not due any further payments under the Scheme.
