Deputy Jack Chambers asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the viewing area and facility that will be retained as part of the newly proposed runway system at Dublin Airport; if this area and facility will be available as part of the runway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. daa has statutory responsibility to manage, operate and develop Dublin Airport and the matter raised by the Deputy at Dublin Airport is an operational matter for daa.
