78. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health when a child (details supplied) in County Donegal will receive an orthodontic appointment for treatment in the orthodontic department of Letterkenny University Hospital, County Donegal, having spent two years on the waiting list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
