320. Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health his plans to reverse cutbacks put in place regarding chiropody for elderly persons over 65 years of age; if he is aware that these cutbacks to three appointments per annum are not sufficient for many persons who suffer with diabetes and arthritis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
