63. Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Health the reason a hydro-pool project for Dungloe in County Donegal has been on-hold since 2006 despite the Health Service Executive making a political commitment to the local committee in 2007; if he will review this decision; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
