Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Health the future of unit five of St. Stephen's hospital in Glanmire in County Cork, given the reports that it is due to be closed in the near future and the huge concern this is causing for the families of patients residing there; to provide an assurance that unit five will not be closed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
