View answerI am advised that NAMA is not aware of any loss arising from the unlawful disclosure of confidential NAMA information which was the subject of the recent prosecution in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court and that, accordingly, NAMA has not made or does not intend to make any proposals to compensate any party in respect of this matter.
