View answerMy Department's Planning and Building Unit have no record of any agreement to pay additional grant aid to the school in question. In 2004 the school authority were allocated a devolved grant of €100,000 to enable them provide a one classroom special needs unit at the school. This grant was subsequently increased to €281,000 to enable a second classroom be provided and to cover extra costs associated with the delivery of the project. The final payment in respect of this grant was made in October 2005.
