Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the estimated cost of providing teachers who currently work part-time or as substitute teachers with a permanent contract within one year, within two years and within three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Teachers in Primary, Voluntary Secondary and Community/Comprehensive schools are employed by the managerial authorities of schools.
