View answerThe request by the North West Neurological Institute to be included as a State Authority for the purposes of being covered by the Clinical Indemnity Scheme is being actively examined by my Department in the context of the review of S.I. No. 63/2003 and forthcoming amendments to the Order, which may include extending the number of agencies to be covered. It is not possible at this stage to indicate when the determination will be complete.
