282. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will take steps to address and rectify the issues referred to in correspondence (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14182/16]

An application under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 6 August 2015. This application is currently under review and an official from my Department will be in direct contact with the person named to clarify the position.
