Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health his plans to award equal pay to clinical nurse manager 2 grades, to close the gap between those who were regularised and did not get incremental credit, and those appointed recently who are on a higher rate, that existed under old contracts; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerDiscussions which took place under the Haddington Road Agreement provided for the regularisation of certain acting posts in the Health Service Executive. HSE HR Circular 017/2013 gave effect to a single set of measures to apply to the regularisation of acting posts which met specific criteria on a once off basis. Any HSE employee who has a specific query in relation to the terms of their contract or their pay scale should contact their HR Department for clarification.
