There are no published Bills relevant to my Department outstanding from the previous Dáil. The Government’s Legislation Programme which is due to be published shortly will include details of the Bills that are currently under preparation within my Department. The Bills in question are as follows:

1. Defence Forces (Forensic Evidence) Bill;

2. Red Cross Bill;

3. Defence (Amendment) Bill.

I do not anticipate that any of these Bills will be introduced into this House during the 2016 Summer Session.
