Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Health the arrangements he has in place to maintain control of the ever-increasing waiting lists for patients seeking speech therapy services in County Kilkenny should one or more therapists take maternity leave for the maximum period they are entitled to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
