504. Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an application by persons (details supplied) under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme 2; when he will approve it; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15518/16]
View answerThe applicants in question have applied in the second tranche of the Young Farmer Capital Investment Scheme. Their application has been checked and the applicants have been requested to supply their Young Farmer Declaration Form and to respond to an issue in relation to their costings. When these details are received the application will go through the ranking and selection process and will then be sent to the local office for final technical checks before approval issues.
