In accordance with normal procedures, my Department has registered Herd Number N1031140 in the name of the person who produced the relevant documentation, including Grant of Probate from the High Court in Cavan, dated 19 August 2014, to satisfy my Department’s requirements to qualify for full Keeper and Owner roles. Any dispute regarding the ownership of lands and/or animals is a civil matter and therefore it is not appropriate for my Department to comment any further on the matter.
