Deputy Jack Chambers asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if plans to build social housing units on the greenfield site between Tolka Valley Road and St. Helen’s Road will impact on plans to extend the Luas line through Finglas and onto the N2 road in Dublin city; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for the implementation and development of public transport infrastructure in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA), including Luas light rail projects.
