Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the closing date for the submission of final claims and documentation for the 2007-2013 Human Capital Investment Operational Programme; if he will draw down all of the moneys available under this programme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The closing date for the submission to the European Commission of the final claim for European Social Fund (ESF) funding under the 2007-2013 Human Capital Investment Operational Programme is 31 March 2017. It is expected that Ireland's allocation of just over €375 million of ESF funding under this programme will be drawn down in full.
