Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health when patients with type 1 diabetes will be able to avail of dose adjustment for normal eating courses or any carbohydrate counting courses in Waterford city and county either at University Hospital Waterford or elsewhere; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
