Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs why Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, has not yet responded to a person (details supplied); when it will make contact; if it has an issue with its caseload; how it can support a person; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will appreciate, it is not appropriate for me to comment on an individual case or on the day to day management of a case which is an operational matter for the Child and Family Agency, Tusla. I have asked my Department for a report from Tusla on this matter. I will be in touch with the Deputy once I receive this report.
