75. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of drivers An Garda Síochána visited and requested to surrender their licence after receiving correspondence from the Road Safety Authority instructing it to do so; the procedures gardaí used to follow up on drivers who failed to surrender their licence; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
