View answerI confirm that my department was notified by the Social Welfare Appeals Office on the 21 June 2016 that the appeal for the person in question against a disallowance of disability allowance was upheld.
Her file has been passed to a deciding officer to implement the appeals officer’s decision and the person concerned will be notified in writing of the details as soon as possible.
