Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of farm inspections from the Nenagh office of his Department in each of the years 2011 to 2015, inclusive, in tabular form; the number of penalties applied; the percentage of penalties versus inspections; the value of the total penalties applied each year; the national figure for penalties applied as a percentage versus inspections in each year; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The extensive range of data requested by the Deputy is not readily available. However, officials in my Department will compile the data requested and forward it directly to the Deputy at the earliest opportunity.
