551. Deputy John Curran asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation when Enterprise Ireland will consider an application by a company in the United Kingdom (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [18410/16]
View answerI am informed by Enterprise Ireland that they made contact with this company regarding their application. This company does not meet the Enterprise Ireland remit and they have been advised to make contact with IDA Ireland as they are a Chinese Manufacturer wishing to set up a European base. I would encourage the company to continue their interaction with IDA Ireland and hope that this interaction will be of assistance to the company in developing the enterprise concerned.
