View answerCaranua, the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Board, is an independent statutory body established pursuant to the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012. Their complaints procedure is in the public domain and can be accessed on their website at www.caranua.ie. I have asked Caranua to respond directly to the Deputy concerning the number of complaints they received in 2015.
