An application under the 2015 Areas of Natural Constraints scheme was received from the person named on 25 March 2015. During processing of the application it was identified that the holding of the person named did not meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the scheme and therefore was not eligible to receive payment. An official from my Department will be in contact with the person named to discuss the details of the case.
