774. Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if the National Driver Licence Service is experiencing delays in renewing driving licences; if previous driving licences issued by Dublin City Council which are laminated are causing problems for such renewals, having regard to security issues and checks; the status of a particular renewal application (details supplied).
