Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if she received the 2015 annual report of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission by 30 June 2016 as required by section 32 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014; and when it is intended to publish the report. The 2015 Annual Report of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission was submitted to me on 30 June 2016. It will be published after it has been laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas which I expect will happen shortly.
