Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the number of applications received under the minor floods mitigations works scheme since November 2015, by authority, in tabular form; the status of each application including those that have been approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works that 90 applications have been submitted by 18 local authorities since November 2015 which are listed in the following table. All details of funding approved under the above scheme for each local authority from 2009 to date is available at:

The commencement and progression of any works for which funding is approved is a matter for each Local Authority concerned.
