View answerBord na gCon is a commercial State body, established in 1958 under the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958, chiefly to control greyhound racing and to improve and develop the greyhound industry.
The status of the accounts for the Retired Greyhound Trust is an operational matter for Bord na gCon. I understand that these accounts for 2015 are at present being prepared and will be lodged with the Charities Regulatory Authority as soon as the Office of the C and AG has concluded its audit.
