739. Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his plans to address the penalties that were applied to farmers where no control report was provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22453/16]

The matter to which the Deputy is referring is a recent High Court judgement, which is the subject of on-going legal proceedings and therefore I cannot comment.
