Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Taoiseach the number of recommendations for constitutional change made by the Constitutional Convention that were subsequently put to the electorate in a referendum; the percentage that voted for the recommended change in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Two referendums were held on foot of recommendations from the Convention on the Constitution, on marriage equality and on the age threshold for candidacy in Presidential elections.

62.07% of the total valid poll voted in favour of marriage equality.

26.94% of the total valid poll voted in favour of reducing the age threshold for candidacy in Presidential elections.
