99. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Taoiseach the number of staff who entered the public service after 1 January 2011 who are in his Department by year of entry to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23502/16]
View answer36 of the staff who entered the public service from 1 January 2011 to date were assigned to my Department. This figure does not include staff recruited under a fixed term contract.
The breakdown by numbers per year is as follows:
- 5 staff recruited in 2012
- 3 staff recruited in 2014
- 19 Staff recruited in 2015
- 9 staff recruited in 2016
I understand that the information on the number of staff who entered the civil service is being replied to by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
