View answerThe information requested by the Deputy in relation to the amount spent on legal fees connected to medical negligence since the introduction of the Open Disclosure Programme was forwarded to the Deputy on 26 May 2016, but her office has no record of having received it. The information was therefore re-issued by my officials to the Deputy on 19 July.
