1159. Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health the position in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, regarding the concerns or requests raised or made by patients or their families or hospital staff regarding the need for air conditioning or fans to be provided for patients in the hospital in the past six months; the number of inpatient rooms that do not have such air conditioning; the proposals to provide such air conditioning or fans; the policy on the provision of fans for patients, particularly those receiving end-of-life care, who have no air conditioning in their room; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
