Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health if he is aware of a road traffic incident (details supplied) which occurred in County Louth; if he is aware that the ambulance did not arrive at the scene of the accident until 55 minutes after the emergency call was made; the cause of the delay in the ambulance responding to this incident; the station from which the attending ambulance was deployed; the locations of all other ambulances in the north-east region at the time the emergency call was received; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
