Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision will be made on an application for transfer of entitlements submitted by a person (details supplied); the reason for the delay in making a decision on this application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe person named is deceased since May 2014. Payment in respect of the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme issued to the legal representatives of the person named. My Department has no record of having received a Transfer of Entitlements application in respect of the herd number shown. My Department’s Inheritance Enquiry Unit wrote to the legal representatives of the person named in October 2015 requesting relevant documentation but there has been no reply to my Department since this date.
